The rooms are new-fashioned and tastefully decorated with access from outside for dogs, very good air conditioning plus duvet. The location is perfect and magnificent, 3 km from Niort Airfield.

The breakfast spread was amazing, we enjoyed some delicious bread and coffee. 🍞☕ the hotel is situated in a secluded area not too far from a fantastic restaurant and on the outskirts of the town, it's really peaceful here. the staff were all very efficient and excellent at their jobs.

The room we had booked was great, with a modern bathroom, and the location was fantastic on the outskirts.

We had a pleasant stay at this charming countryside hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view from the window. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee maker in the room.

Although the hotel had its charms, there were a few shortcomings. The bathroom was small and the hot water was only tepid.

Cleanliness was outstanding. The hotel facilities had a modern and well-maintained feel to them, with a lovely pool and a secluded deck. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was in a quiet area, perfect to enjoy a good night's sleep.

The surroundings of this hotel for Xmas were really lovely! The Christmas decorations made the cosy lobby even cosier, and the staff were friendly too. The bed was really comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi worked very well. the hotel's location near the city made it easy to explore.

The soundproofing was really bad! We could hear every single noise from the hall or adjoining rooms.

The diner served tasty warm dishes in a great secluded spot and it was only a 10-minute walk to L'acclameur from here.

the rooms were impressively clean and well-fitted with modern amenities. the hospitable staff regularly went above and beyond to provide top-quality service, offering a delicious breakfast buffet and an excellent view from the outdoor seating area. there was a lovely walking path behind the hotel, convenient for morning exercise.

Attentive and polite manager, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, secure car park, sauna and jacuzzi.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is noticeable. The hotel is situated in an industrial area, but there are at least two restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The basic amenities and rooms with access from outside for dogs are a plus. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel on the outskirts of a charming town near Niort. The hotel had recently undergone a refurbishment, and it was evident in every aspect of my stay. The room I stayed in was of a high quality, with a comfortable large bed, good air conditioning, and spotlessly clean modern bathrooms. The attention to detail was superb, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of chairs and loungers where I could relax and enjoy the sunny weather.

There was nothing not to like about my stay at this hotel.
